We arrived late in Villach to a torrential downpour, and none of the hostels were open. Our cheapest option was the Holiday Inn surprisingly (€130), and it was certainly decked out to live up to its price tag. Great interior design here, and an amazing breakfast spread as well, including made-to-order omelettes.
