Steak and chicken cooked and served in separate pan to allow for self construction of quesadillas.
This reminds me when we tried to make a chicken-quesadillas many moons ago in Victoria. I believe it looked like home made paper glue (flour and water)But we ate it anyway. It tasted somewhat like food!
