My cousin Andreas was nice enough to take me along on a
run in Klagenfurt today (just over 10k in length). It was a bit tough, since I have not been out running for quite some time, but it was good to feel that familiar burn again. Andreas, cheers for the run! I'll train up and maybe next time will be able to match your pace!
